For complex assignments you will be contacted by Value House Appraisal Services prior to us charging your card and presented with a personalized quote. DVI Note When ordering a DVI please describe any relevant condition issues (upgrades, damage, etc) and if possible upload interior photographs so that we can provide you with the most accurate estimate possible. Otherwise, we will assume average condition and limited upgrades. You will be prompted for photographs when ordering the DVI or if you prefer you can email them to our office at: office@govaluehouse.com.
