A DVI is an appraisal performed by a licensed appraiser! No inspection is necessary as we rely on public records, MLS data, satellite imagery and information and photographs provided by you in order to get an idea of your home’s condition.

We offer this product for homeowners that want to have an estimate of their home’s value for their own personal knowledge. A DVI is much more accurate than free services provided by websites such as Zillow as those type of sites generally focus on cost-per-sq-ft and do not consider factors such as condition, location, views or upgrades!

Value House Appraisal Services also offers a full suite of other products! We perform appraisals for bankruptcies, divorces, Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) removal, estates, private loans, retrospective appraisals (past date), listing appraisals and many other scenarios.

Please note: The DVI product is great for those who are not quite sure they want or need a full appraisal however a DVI appraisal is intended for personal knowledge only. It cannot be relied on for loan, divorce, bankruptcy or any type of settlement purposes. It should also not be used in lieu of a listing appraisal. Should you order a DVI appraisal and later decide you need a full appraisal the $75 DVI cost will be credited towards the full appraisal cost.
